all those sites are over-flooded with bad designers working for very little money. It's really hard to get any good jobs from them. I would check out craigslist, and let everyone you know know that you're looking for freelance jobs.

Do not go to those websites unless, you know how to handle things. Stay away from Scriptlance.com specially where it is full of thieves lurking around all day.
