I got the part where I can have CPanel for all of the customers, but I still dont get how to provide them their domain.

What service do you guys use to provide a domain for the customers? How does it work?

Most likely the easiest way is to become a reseller from a larger domain registrar, be it eNom or Directi, I'm sure there are also others that would do the trick.

Correct and most of your billing provider (whmcs/clientexec provides a free reseller.

salesman is correct. Use a billing app that ties into enom or directi. Allot of billing app providers offer free reseller accounts. Maybe check out WHMCS.

Enom and some providers will add an initial deposit. There are some providers they do not even charge you the initial deposit and they can provide the registrations in a good price.

Checkout the advertising section.

There are two ways you can sell domains to your customers. For both of them, you must first get a free domain name reseller account. I recommend reselling with eNom.com. Any existing reseller can create a free reseller account for you with pricing of $8.95.

1. If you are using billing system software like www.awbs.com, then you can simply enter your eNom domain reseller username/password, and presto... you can instantly sell domains to your customers.

2. You can use the free "registry rocket" website offered by eNom to sell domains to your customers and let them manage them, too. Basically, you set your pricing, give a special link to your customers, and they purchase the domains, under your own brand, for the price you specify. eNom handles the credit card and billing side of things. You do not need any "deposit" or account balance to sell domains using the registry rocket. This is the system most of our own resellers are using to sell domains to their customers, since it lets them get started within a few minutes, is very reliable, and works well for most smaller companies.

I would suggest using AWBS with enom or resellerclub.
AWBS is a pretty powerful software.

If you don't have the money to do an initial deposit, I'd recommend netearthone.com, it's who I started out with and it's who I continue to use. They only require you to have the funds in your account to cover whatever domains you are registering, with instant transfer of funds, it is quite easy. Now we just stay with them.
