We will basically provide total server management service including end-user support as we manage our iHubNet servers and our customers.

There will be no question or no additional charge. We will do things without charge what we can do with the server including initial server setup, control panel installation/upgrade, security audit, pro-active updates, remote logging and so on.

[iHubNet Technical Team]
All servers will be managed by our iHubNet Technical Support team and backed with 24x7. As currently iHubNet does not provide any phone support, all support and communication will be done through email and our helpdesk. Since it is backed by 24x7, you will get the response within 20-30 mins.

[End User Support]
If you are web hosting reseller or hosting provider and need customer support on the server, we can setup Anonymous support like our hosting reseller are getting and will support your customer on that server as you need

[Price]
The price will be $149.95/month per each server + $44 setup fee and additional server will get $15/month off, no discount on setup fee.

At this point, we will only take upto 3 servers/orders
