How can I install Mysql patch?

It really depends on the patch Rashid.. are we talking a upgrade patch to the source code or do you mean just upgrading to a newer version of mysql?

Well, that mysql server will be installed with blank root password and test database and will hapilly accept all remote conections.

Any unpack, patch, make ,install ... answers will just cause him more grief.
