Hello, recently got the 10 client trial for whm auto pilot, wanted to test it out, but I have a wierd problem. All I've done is installed it, and the admin area works fine, but the regular area gives me this:
Warning: include(autopilot_configuration.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/hostingl/public_html/clients/browse_products.php on line 6

Warning: include(autopilot_configuration.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/hostingl/public_html/clients/browse_products.php on line 6

Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening 'autopilot_configuration.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/hostingl/public_html/clients/browse_products.php on line 6
Error [3700_API]: Non-existant API Fingerprint... exiting

Does anyone know what the problem here could be? Sorry if this sounds stupid, but not sure what I messed up on, and I tried their installation guide, and their forums seem not to work.

Hi,

Use the support desk - I'm still getting rapid responses there.

You need to create a configuration etc for each client area you have setup - http://whmautopilot.com/screencasts.php will be sure to help.

Let me know if I can help you at all.

It's been a couple of years since I used WHMAutoPilot, however, you need to go to Configuration/Settings -> order profiles -> edit/delete existing order profile -> download config file.

You'll get a file called autopilot_configuration.php which you can then upload to your folder at: /home/hostingl/public_html/clients/ (note: this is a different autopilot_configuration.php file than you'll have setup previously, don't mix up the two!).

Thanks, it seems that it is working now, their instructions should be a bit clearer, thank you a lot :)
One problem though, I can't seem to be able to set up a hosting account. I can make products and select the server, but even though I put in the WHM access key and put in a package for WHM, it still won't show any packages :(

So anyone know what stupid mistake I made that won't let it create hosting packages?

Did you look at the screencasts? Are you able to add the server/communicate with then?
