Why don't you just look up the registrar's address and see what is listed in the "State" field?

(ie: Most registrars have their address listed in their "about us" website page...)

Is a possibility. But i am lazy today =) And want specific A florida registrar for the SLAPP law of Florida. I do in some days then.
