I want to register a .US domain name. I live in the UK and I am wondering what exactly what I should do? If I break the US Nexus Rules what can happen and what is the likelyhood that they actully enforce it?

I'm sure they keep some sort of watch over the registrations. You may want to get a US friend to register it for you. That's the only way I see about getting around the law without in a way breaking it.

How about I register for it and he is the Admin Contact and the Tech Contact. Would that make it comply with the rules?
