Use i.e. WHMCS and create a coupon for that offer you want to make, think you can do that with about any billing script.

I can't create coupon for that in WHMCS.

In the next release this all will be possible (looking at the release notes), but you are right its a bit limited currently, why not make a separate package which has the discount in it ?

its very easy..if you want to offer one month $10.00 in WHMCS just create a coupon with 90% OFF.

Then you will get the customer to pay $1.00 for first month
