Hi there,
Sorry for this but I can't go through that thread to find the answer, i've just realised WHT sent me an e-mail (which went to my junk folder) saying my CC was compromised. Please advise which details/information was compromised.
The CC I had expired in 2005 so it's not a big deal but i'd like to know if e-mail/passwords/addresses are available.
Thanks.

Email & password - there's a list of 1500 floating around, the password is hashed but not impossible to reverse
Addresses - they are apparently possibly in the hands of the hacker. The response I got was "anything was possible". So its not known, however, they weren't contained in the information the hacker sent out - so they aren't widely available like the other info is.
If your replacement CC has the same credit card number, its possible you are still at risk of charges (hackers simply try expiry dates in the future, they know its got a chance of working).
So, you should:
a) Contact your CC company anyway, tell them
b) Change any passwords that used the same one you did here on WHT, just in case.

I'd say that the addresses are also comprised; the way the CC database was set-up suggested that there would be a users table, with user information (address?) in the same database file.
So yes, I'd imagine the hacker has got those too.
Not trying to scare-monger, and nothing against WHT (the hacker seems very good) but it seems quite obvious to me that addresses were also taken (at first glance).
