Wow, someone who actually *wants* problem customers. :)

Not really, maybe the reason someone dosent pay could be with the hosting company itself (lousy credit card processing), or maybe the company has a lazy support staff, being the reason why they think they are being hassled by the customer.

Just my thoughts
