Hi all,

Im newbie. Im from Indonesia. I administer for "www.glodokshop.com" server. I have problem about my domain

often. My friend or technician at my data center can't explain me satisfied.

My problems:
Today I cant load my page www.glodokshop.com also ping and tracert, and reported can not find host glodokshop.com. I didn't any changes on my cpanel or registrar since a month but suddenly my domain error.

I check my domain at register.com and can't find any problem. Im using 2 nameserver:
dns2.teknisia.net - registered at namecheap (ip xxx.186)
dns3.teknisia.net - registered at namecheap (ip xxx.187)

and just register new dns server but wait for 24 hours to resolve and then add to my domain:
dns1.glodokshop.com - register at register.com (ip xxx.188)

I have check my cpanel and server and seem nothing wrong.

Some one can help me to figured it out?
I think its my nameserver problem or any missed when configuring at my cpanel.
Sometimes this problem fixed by itself and leaves me a big question.

Have an IP that assigned to nameserver to be dedicated? Can use same ip with domain or other namesever?

So whose i m going to blame? my isp, namecheap (as my nameserver registrar), or any wrong with my cpanel setup?

Please help me .... :(

it is still not propagated:

50.0% of queries will end in failure at 202.67.12.186 (dns2.teknisia.net) - query timed out

50.0% of queries will end in failure at 202.67.12.187 (dns3.teknisia.net) - query timed out

Looks like it has propogated on my end. Your domain is resolving to 202.67.12.190.

Thanx Plumsauce n GSM IT.

My domain was resolved several hours ago after hardly reset.

But i have a question. May I use 2 nameserver on 1 ip address? In other word 2 nameserver pointing to 1 ip address?

There would be no redundancy if both nameservers were on the same IP. ;) When I was doing one of the checks for your nameservers one was down for a second, then I retested and it came back.
