We are still rearranging some options and will be updating the products with new pricing - yes it will be easier to go to full 100 meg and that will reflect in the options early next week.

in dallas it is currently nlayer - level 3 has a 10g that was delayed this month - they are hopeful that it will be turned up early this week - the port is on and they are waiting for the inter floor cross connect to be finished.
I dont know on the nehalem systems - we will eventually deploy them but not before they are thoroughly tested - we are brining one in for testing - I dont want to run into some of the problems with them that a few other providers are.

as far as how long it takes to provide a server to somone? It depends on the server specs and the location - if you would like to pm me with more specific information I will be happy to give you a specific timeline. for a general answer - our in stock servers for existing customers are usually within the day - our overall goal is within 4 hours.
