Emails to Innohosting are ignored and I know they frequent here so hopefully they will read and take action.

I had an account with them for a trial and it was closed on 26 Feb 2009 - Email from Rameen said:

Thank you for the information.
Your account has now been successfully closed and all monies refunded.

We would like to thank you for using InnoHosting and wish you every success in the future.

Status: Closed

I've since been chased on 28 March, 30 March, 3 April, 5 April and again today 8 April demanding money of increasing amounts.

I replied to their messages giving details above but still the emails continue to arrive.

It's beginning to feel like harassment by email. All i want is contact from them confirming I will not be harrassed further, plus they might like to apologise for their incompetence.

So, Inoohosting, please respond and bring this horror story to a close.

Hi

Rather than reply to the emails, have you tried

a) opening a support ticket?
b) calling them?

I do apologise for the inconvenience.

We don't work with emails as I had told you on many occasions. It's ticket only.
The emails are automated, and no doubt mistakes do sometimes happen. In such a case a simple opening of a ticket would have done the trick.

Do your emails not get auto opened as a ticket?

Why don't you just block them from sending you emails?

Not when it's sent to a non piped email address.
