I am interested in finding out what the most wanted software is by resellers. Please choose which software you wish came free with your reseller account.

I'm not a reseller but I'd love to see more livehelp its a feature many people need to use a professional version like kayako and I'd love to see it included in a package.

I agree with you on that. It is one of the few things that many resellers do not seem to offer.

Billing Software gets my vote. There are plenty of Live Support systems like Live-Zilla that are Free and Professional

LiveZilla is definitely one of the best live chat softwares I have seen, especially since it is free.

I vote for Billing software, but billing software must include CRM as well.

I would also go with billing software like whmcs and enom or some other domain reseller account would be an added bonus.

Would Like:
* A Domain Reseller Account with decent prices, lower is better
* A Billing software like WHMCS
* Even a Free Live chat solution would work

ProvideSupport is a hosted software like LivePerson isn't it?

Yes is is hosted on there server, they dont give you software to install on your server.

The only thing I don't like about that is the fact that they then have access to all your conversations...

Some customers may not feel comfortable entering their email addresses since ProvideSupport could then sell them.

As long as the hosted service is ethical, then it is not bad. However I would not share any personal info (Passwords, etc) via a hosted chat.

Well that makes since. And, most customers don't even notice what type of software is being used for live chat :)

Never trust on host's back ups. Always maintain your own back ups.
My vote is for billing software, ofcourse it is WHMCS.

Something called trust :) along with violation of TOS agreement which they could get in allot of trouble over.

No one needs bad media, plus if it got out they spammed existing customers I bet they would loss allot of customers fast and there service is not cheap .

Trust I guess Provide support seems to have been a ethical company I never heard of any problems. Of course (bad word goes here) happens take WHT they are an ethical company and yet they got hacked and all our info compormised and do YOu see me complaining.

Setting up partnerships with other company's is one of the fastest and most stable ways to grow.
