them i speak to ticket to support and they say

Your account setup is in pending state. You will get welcome email with all the details after completing the setup. For more details, please contact our Accounts & Billing department.

Hello ,

Our Accounts department handles matters in relation to your query, and they will endeavor to get back to you within 24-48 hours, replies however may be take slightly longer if over a weekend or holiday period. If you need, we can just move this ticket to that department.
and no reply yet

what shoud i do

Why are you complaining? They said 24-48 hours. At least they're communicating with you and providing you the timeframe.

I guess some people just want to get account setup instant, maybe they approve account manually, cant comment on another host that I do not have access to.

Right. The attitude of "instant gratification" is just setup for disappointment.

It's quite possible that they screen all orders, and depending how many people work there and how much screening they do can take some time and isn't immediate.

For example if you pay with 2checkout, it can take a couple hours at least to pass their fraud detection and 2checkout won't tell you if the order was passed or not till then.

For your next order you should look for a company that offers instant setup

There seems to be a little bit of a language barrier here. Even then, if I understand your statement, which I think I do, you make no sense. Why would your customer think so if you communicated ahead of time?

If you don't tell your customer anything, then he/she might assume this but if you were to communicate that would not become an issue. I suppose I could be off base here and maybe communication is no longer an integral part of the human race.

Why don't you just tell him what is going on.

Or, if you need instant activation then cancel your order with them and then go to another reseller hosting company that has instant activation.

you live in egypt and crucialp.com is in US there is time zone difference here, do mind that. also you purchasing on friday (almost weekend) which is usually take longer to setup your account, that is why on their email it' stated 24-48hours and you just waiting for 9 hours only. be patience.

crucialp.com is an Australian company, i have a vps account with them.

However on saturdays and sundays there accounts/billing operation is closed like most of the other hosting companies you have to be patient and wait, i hope the will activate your account on monday

You may want to also ask them if there was an issue with your payment. It is odd that there was no instant activation after you payed.

i think the week end is Saturday and SundayThat is where you are wrong. For most companies the weekend starts at 5pm on Friday evening, the time that the sales and billing department goes home, until 9am Monday morning.

As they are a Australian company then it is the early hours of Monday morning, 1 or 2am.

Wait a few more hours and you should have a reply from them.

Why don't you explain to your client that as you are waiting for your upstream to activate your account you are unable to provide any details at the moment. As soon as you receive them you will forward them on.

In most of the cases if you place your order on friday after business hour then you have to wait till monday morning

they have good price and have backup service for free and whmcs
and the support is very quickly

if after the stipulated time (24hrs-48hrs) there's still no response from the co. you can request for a refund. do they have a money back guarantee or somethin?

It was 5:01AM there when you last posted. Now it is 7:02AM. Most businesses do not start until 9AM.

Your original post was on Saturday at 5:24AM in their time zone. 6 hours before that would have been around 11PM Friday night. You ordered after hours going into a weekend, and you will need to wait until business hours.

You haven't given them any time during business hours to even look at your order, and already you're complaining that they didn't give you your money back. 9AM Monday is STILL another hour away, so be patient.

The admins here have no control over anything but the forums. If a host stole your money then what do you expect the admins to do? It's not like they are going to go off and ban them because they ripped you off. The only thing you can do about this is contact the host directly.

fadynets...be patient...there's a difference in time zone. give em a few more hours (perhaps 24hrs-48hrs more) before you wanna blow your horns about them taking away your money... you ordered from them going into the weekend..its only fair to give them benefit of the doubt..and if they really do have an account here on WHT, they'll probably respond to you when business resumes. BE PATIENT ok?
