No response from support it's been 1 hour and 45 min.

The server is sv5

Any other people have issues like this from these guys?

their site is up for me if that's what you meant. or do you have a dedicated server from them and that's the one that's down?

No my sites that are hosted by them, I have a reseller account on their sv5 server and it has been down for 4 hours and 20 mins now, and still no response on my ticket why would I care if their site was down, it just tells me they are a low rent host and do not monitor their servers or their tickets 24/7

Try doing a whois on there domain and giving them a call 4 hours is unacceptable for most issues.

This issue has been resolved, but only after waiting for a response for 5 1/2 hours.

You may just have to get used to that type of support with them. I have been seeing an alarming amount of topics about their downtime and support.

I don't understand why people put fictitious phone numbers on their website. It just makes it seem so unprofessional when people call.

once i have noticed that there was 6 digits number on the website, i had an account with them fortunately i was just checking the services before transferring my clients and i instantly canceled my account

We told that you have to wait. There is nothing we can help. That's the end of the ticket.

It's simple that we stop monitoring service when we find there's problem on server or when we're going to do maintenance work.
You can try to pay to see if you can get any result you want.
