This design is for sale. You are purchasing the design in psd format, and 1 html template of main page.
Any elements can be changed in color, size, etc. For instance the columns can be wider, the tan side could be orange, the upper blue section can be removed, etc.
The logo does not come with it, nor the name. These are just fillers for where I invision the logo and such to be.
The upper blue area can be used for a banner ad, or for hosting packages, or domain search, etc. Or, it can also be removed.

Looking at work like this I feel ashamed of mine.... very nice :)
Actually, you seem like you are experienced enough to give me your professional opinion of my work. If you wouldn't mind, could you tell me what you personally think of these layouts? Suggestions? I am pretty much an extreme newb... about a year of design under my belt. Anyways, what do you think these would go for?

Your designs above in essence, are ok. But the graphics, and execution really show that you are new to the game.
The only suggestion I can give, is to design more and more. Learn more and more tricks in your design software, and find your style.
