If i get a dedicated server with cpanel/whm can i create shared hosting and offer to the customers also cpanel?

How much it will cost?

Is it possible when i create a plan for a customer to autocreate the cpanel for him OR I HAVE TO SETUP IT MANUAL?

Yes you can create shared hosting accounts with whm/cPanel. The license is per server.

To auto create accounts you will need a billing system like WHMCS, ClientExec or WHMAP.

There really isn't a limit to how many accounts you can create on a VPS. It will depend on the size of the account, amount of ram, and bandwidth you have. On an average account with 20 GB disk and 200GB bandwidth you could probably get away with 100-150 shared accounts if you are stingy with the resources.

There is a large range in VPS pricing. Most hosts charge extra for the control panel of your choice.

You can buy a license direct from any cPanel or a distributor. Check cPanels web site for a list.
