Well any one with experience with 'bobcares' - they offer server administration and client servicing, so this way they can take care of both your servers & your clients aswell.

Pls suggest as I really like what they offer, also I am afraid if they are based in India (no offense here) but, then the quality needs a even better/micro analysis.

Pls tell me if you all agree with me here ?

It can turn out to be expensive if you get calls regularly, but if you get a couple calls a day, it is worth it as opposed to hiring people.

ThankU viabandwidth, you got a point in here, never thought so, it might be costly but it saves me from hiring people directly on my payrolls.
Also if you have used their services, are they by any chance located in India, b'coz quality is my concern in here.

Looking through the reply was enough to see while his English was readable the mechanics left much to be desired. I expect their techinicians skills aren't much better. (I chose not to use their services so this is purely speculation)

As I had mentioned previously, do a search on WHT to find their reviews. I had done it before, and there are many positive reviews out there. In fact, if my memory did not fail me, there are only less than 3 negative reviews.

i use bobcares for basic support, gives me break from the silly questions and when i am busy and at night, but i still monitor every ticket. My tickets are only 5-10 a month per server.

Used them for about 3 yers so far

Never had any problems.
Server management is handled by myself and others, they just do the ticket stuff

Bobcares was very professional with our clients and provide a range of service for the small hosting company to the large ones.

Well going by the things coming-up here, I am definatelly going to try out there service,,,
People you just metioned that they are costlly, Don't you think its costlly for an Indian company, they any ways have the cost advantage on their side, should not they pass it on towards their customers like you & me ?? Just hoping they do soo ...

If you look for cheaper you will get what you pay for. There are costs nobody will take the burden of support by pricing cheap. I think their price is reasonable if they offer the quality. If their customers beat them down on price then service is bound to suffer.
