i use cpanel for my servers,

each one need about 43 per month ( external ),

if i have five server,

there are about $2580 per year !!!


i want to look if any free or cheap control panel,

i hope it could as easy to manage as whm does,

any suggestion?

Yea, DirecAdmin is the best solution.
Lifetime license costs 300$

With remaining money you can hire a sysadmin that will do the job for you

CPanel is constantly being updated almost every day, that's why they don't have lifetime licenses. You can pay for the CPanel licenses yearly and pay less that way.

But if you buy a different control panel that is cheaper and don't constantly update it, after a while it will probably be pretty unstable and vulnerable.

which is why it lends itself better to a higher ratio of accounts : servers - within reason of course :-)

Direct admin is fine. been using it for many years without major issue(s).

You can check with your provider to see if they can provider any bulk discounts.

cPanel is more popular, but Directadmin is cost-effective.

DirectAdmin isn't harder to manage, nor is it difficult.
In fact, I find it easier than cPanel.

However, it's true that it'll take some time getting used to (as with anything).
Most people like cPanel simply because it's what they've been using all the time.
