 | View Full Version : translation needed B/s in gigs realalien 10-30-2002, 02:31 PM could you please help me? mrtg tells me this: Monthly average In: 3849.0 B/s Monthly average Out: 14.1 kB/s could somebody please tell me how much gigs this are per menth? I'm really unable to calculate :bawling: thanks x222943 10-30-2002, 02:41 PM that only shows the average amount of outgoing data... its not the actual amount transferred... realalien 10-30-2002, 03:09 PM yeah i know that... and I'd like to know how many gigs this would be x222943 10-30-2002, 03:17 PM ok, lets get out the calculator... :) so, the average outgoing transfer per month is 14.1 kB/s, so lets just use 14 to keep it simple... so say you did that every day of the month, 14 x 1024 x 30 = 30720 divided by 1024 = exactly 30gb... not sure if this is right... much easier to do when you have the amount of kbytes/bits total transfered... probably just made myself look like an idiot :D realalien 10-30-2002, 03:28 PM cheer x 222943 hemmm could somebody please confirm the 30gigs?
