Any recommendations? ssluser 04-01-2009, 01:36 PM I use live chat on my site too. Its from onlinechatcenters.com. Most of them also have ticketing system with them. Some of the popular ones are Kayako, Provide Support, Liveleader etc. RobinJB 04-01-2009, 01:45 PM We use Kayako, and we are very satisfied with it. Great software, easy to use, and easy to understand. Configuration needs some attention, and if mod_security is installed, be sure to check if everything works right. It blocked our support calls which were requested by a Firefox user. semoweb 04-01-2009, 01:48 PM Livezilla is great at semoweb that is what we use and its great, free, fast. mooseweb 04-01-2009, 01:48 PM Kayako, by far the best. A free solution is Filezilla since you can "customize" some of it, so to speak. Taylor 04-01-2009, 02:07 PM Live chat works. It's very effective whoson alivechat kayako liveperson triolive phplive the list goes on. There have been a bunch of threads here on WHT about live chat software, take a look through the search results e-onlinedata support 04-01-2009, 02:52 PM We use Bold Chat and love it! It's loaded with features and is a great service for the price.:agree: railto 04-01-2009, 05:05 PM Kayako, by far the best. It works great and has some nice customization and other functions. We use it ourselves and have no complaints about it. teachforjune-Scott 04-01-2009, 10:29 PM We also use ProvideSupport. The only issue I have with them is that there are no lasting stats for tracking. Once the visitor is off the site, the stats go with them. That is one area they really need to work on to be truly competitive. Other than that, they have all the features of live chat services and the price is right. glamdring 04-01-2009, 11:01 PM i use to use one i think it was by the name of cup of joe or something along those lines...idk how it compares to todays live chats... |
