i cant install ihost and you cant help me to install it
but you can install it for a one off price?
your support does not seem very helpfull or friendly
and i feel that your support cant really be bovvered
to help me.

so i think i would like a full refund please
as i would like to go else where

well in the post you are speaking directly to them, not sure if that'll help here but have you tried to contact them privately through their website?

I think you'll get a faster reply if you speak to their billing department or helpdesk. Here is not the best place to post this?

1. iHost can be installed easily as long as you set the correct permissions on your files and folders.

2. We have always charged a fee to install any billing script. We offer the $10.00/mo script for free, but if you wish to have us take our time to install the script for you then it cost $9.99 as this script is something we provide but do not support.

3. Our support is very friendly & helpful. Please point out where any staff or myself have not been friendly.
