How do you setup the POP3/APOP mail server on a cobalt raq4.

I need like a step by step tutorial, or atleast some help..

1) Create a site.

2) Create a user for that site.

3) You can then check the POP account by using 'mail.domain.com' for both the POP account and SMTP, and the account name and password.
