I just wanted to share my SafePaySolutions story so someone else will not go through the same bitter experience.

I have more than 10K in my SafePaySolutions account and I have requested a withdrawal via both direct deposit and Cheque numerous times. My latest cheque withdrawal request for ~1K is still pending for 30 days. I had to cancel a previous bank withdrawal because it was pending for more than 2 month.

I have requested help via their support system but 2 months now..not a single reply. In their website it says we do not provide phone support because we are an INTERNET company.

If you have experience with them please share (Any advice?).
If you are new to SafePaySolutions please stay away

What is it you are selling, you didn't sell anything which is against their TOS right ?

It is a digital product and it is within their TOS.
Regardless, they should communicate with customers, I don't know what is going t happen to my 10K.

Any advice or experience with these guys?

have you filled a report , what was the reply ?

How comes that SafePay delays response to an email inquiry by such a long time of 2 months? Even if you would have violated against their TOS, there is no reason to avoid communication with you. Couldn't you get hold of SafePay by telephone?
