Hi, I've been having a problem with a Ensim host. Each time I ftp to my site after updating a file etc, the permissions reset for all the other files for some reason and I have to spend a lot of time resetting them back. Is this common for Ensim? is there a way to prevent this?

Also, is there a way to globally change all the permissions at once?

Let me know if you've resolved this issue. We are having permissions problems with Ensim as well. When we make any changes to a domain the permissions are set back to what seems a 'default'. What we need to figure out is where those defaults are stored.
