not sure if this is the right forum for this but I couldn't find any other that fits the subject mods are welcome to move to a more apt forum if needbe.

6 days ago i submited a support ticket to iwebtool asking for manual payment info for a mini-add spot however I am yet to receive a reply to this (as well as asking if this was possible as paypal said my card has expired but it hasnt, yet it works fine on other sites, hence the need for manual payment). I would have expected a quicker response, especially for something regarding advertising I don't think this is a very good way to treat a willing sponsor.

This is the second time ive contacted them about this and I never got a response to the last ticket either, for me iwebtool seemed a sensible advertising option and one that doesn't cost the earth.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem with their support.
