nope. they are reselling rackshack servers. so rackshack won't help you. it's under saburovo's name. so only they can help.

We have had services with Saburovo for nearly a year, have always had vfast response times until lately, hope all is well in the world of Saburovo!!

Vladimir does a good job, haven't heard from Denis for quite some time.
