Where do I have to limit the email size, one of my cleint complaining that when he try to receive 1MEg of file it gives time out error, how could I make it bigger size. I am using cpanel and where do I have to configure?

What mailserver software? Sendmail? Qmail? Postfix? Exim? Brightmail? Mailsite?

This doesn't sould like a mail size limitation due to server configuration. Sounds more like the customer has a poor connection or the mail is corrupt. If he is trying to RECEIVE the message, then it has already made it to the server.
