Hi All,

I am looking for a database driven script that can handle Client Management, billing and support tickets, Something like ClientExec, WHMCS, or WHMAP.

Is there anything out there that is similar but isn't for web hosting. I'm trying to put together a pay for service help desk and I would like to have an all in one system where clients can sign up, purchase services on a subscription basis and receive support. I would like the support system to have a ticket system and live chat.

I like the UI of Pearl desk a lot and I would use it if there was a way to integrate a billing system.

Do any of you have any suggestions?

Try PHP Invoice -> http://phpinvoice.com/ and A Plus Bill -> http://aplusbill.com/

Are you interested in a script that has both billing and a helpdesk or would you be interested in using two different scripts that can be integrated?

WHMCS can also be used for non-webhosting services. Mind telling us what kind of service are you selling?

That's true but it was specifically designed for hosting. A lot of people would get confused with all their options for hosting if that is not what they were trying to use the software for.

I wouldn't mind having two products if they could be integrated.

The type of business is just a pay for service helpdesk but not related to web hosting something like asksunday.com.

I currently use WHMCS for my hosting business, I am also a freelance design and I can't see anythign wrong with the whmcs system.

however there is a system for freelancers called "Freelancer Panel" google it, its a great little script.

Freelancer Panel is a pretty neat software, I have never seen that before!

Freelancer Panel is cool for Project Management, I would not use it for hosting. There is also Geek Bill (Look in Fantastico)(FREE) The only prob is it does not do Automated Setups or account management

It's true that WHMCS can be used as an invoice/billing system for just about anything but since it was initially designed for the web hosting industry, it will be packed with a bunch of hosting related features that you probably won't ever touch.

Yes, that is what I was getting at. I use WHMCS for my hosting business and it is great, but I am looking for something that is less hosting focused. There will be a remote help desk and I don't want to confuse the technicians with features that they wont use. I have found that WHMCS is less customizable than what I need.

Right now I am leaning toward ClientExec. I know the best solution would be to make one from scratch but I dont have the knolege or the funds to do a project of this size.

How is the ticketing system on ClientExec and can Live help be integrated?
