A customer of mine has just pointed out that his webalizer stats stopped almost a year ago and yet everyone elses is o.k.

Where should I look?

Not much help I'm afraid, but I have the same problem. Onse site is now not being updated for the lsat 5 days or so, but all the other sites look ok! Ideas please :)

It is possible webalizer skips sites whos log files grow to big and rotate to fast.
You can solve this bij enabling "incremental processing" in the webalizer.cfg file.

What also might help is deleting the webalizer.current file in the users dir.
