OK, the good, the bad and the ugly.....

Sorry about being short on details, but most people want to see the quick page. We are negligent in not having a detailed page. It is a good suggestion and we will work on it ASAP.

For the setup fee, it includes testing of the server, assigning IP numbers, administrative work, placing it in the rack and of course connecting it to the Internet.

We have no set terms for contracts,i.e. we are month to month, but if you would like one, we can arrange that.

We will be putting up a page that describes the average bandwidth. In a nutshell, we are charged by the 95th from our provider (Aperian). We then charge you average transfer that month (so you are not stuck with the 95th as most people do not like to be charged that way).

For the pricing: If you go with a mid tower, you pay the price ($50 for the space and connection/mo + $100 for 50GB of traffic = $150/mo)

Yes, we have an SLA that needs to be faxed back to us. Contact us for a copy.

You should care about the fancy fire systems, diesel power backup, conditioned lines, etc. It is your equipment and you would want to make sure that it is taken care of. This is a major portion to being on a reliable network. If the equipment fails due to things other than the backbone being down, how reliable is it going to be? You want to make sure your equipment is in a NOC that can handle emergency situations so that your equipment is safe and running at all times.

Your equipment will be connected to the network via a Cisco Catalyst 2900 switch, 100Mbps full duplex. If you need 2 ports, it can be arranged for an additional fee.

I hope I didn't miss any points, and this answers your questions.
