I am in need of help! I guess you may have figured that out by reading the subject line! I am in the marketing business. I would like to create 10 website designs pertaining to the mortgage industry. The designs only need to be a one page design with about 10-15 navigational links. Basically a web template that when visited you can pretty much see that it is a mortgage company.
I maintain a database of 160,000 (+/-) mortgage brokers email addresses nationwide.
I don't want to stop at the 10 templates. I want to keep going offering more colors, designs, ideas, schemes, etc. I perfer to work with one or two people who is located in the United States.
I would also like to start selling web site design services to other businesses. At this time I just use templates but would more or less like to have a qualified professional designer on payroll for 1099 commisions of each project. I may sell logo designs, banner ads, etc. I am in the marketing business and know how to sell.
My main thing now is getting 10 high quality professional looking templates pertaining to the mortgage industry. If you thing you can help please let me know. I am on a very tight budget but will be willing to spend some. If you are open to an option of commisions we can work that out as well.
