no we are not interested in your business if you just want us to install a server for free for you for one month and then you get rid of it. We would go out of business doing this - so no thanks. this is just an abuse of a generous offer.

you would have to pay for the buydowns now if you add upgrades.

the dallas servers are on a new billing system so you will need to create a new account on there. then just email your reciept to billing@ gnax .net and tell them that you already have an account and they will approve you immediately.

We have renegotiated all our backbone contracts as of yesterday and are rolling this out now.

So far, no any update and server is still not delivered.

sorry i'm confused about the buydown. If i have some buydown's in my configuration, I have to pay the buydown's right? Do i still have to pay the base configuration price though? I'm looking at the 300 buydown, with an additional 500gb. So that's like 439 setup.

yes you have to pay the buydown but not the monthly in the first month or in jan feb of next year

Hi Sailor, I'm trying to get your help here coz I was not able to pm you due to permission limit and the tickets created have not been touched for a day on the support site. My server is up and running normally but it doesn't show up in the portal, so no way to do remote reboot or restore OS.

I just purchase 3 server with NetDepot@ new Dallas DC. Everything seems fine until I create a support request to just reboot and enable the Visualization in BIOS (which I cannot do it remotely).

But after 12 hours I submit the ticket, with the priority set to medium, there are still no support help me done.

Until I chat with their live sales person in the support portal, and request a support phone number to Dallas DC, but I still cannot manage to meet any tech support guy, by calling to the given phone number.

Finally, I call to Atlanta support centre (hope they can help), luckily, the tech guy is able to help me to "call" to Dallas DC to follow up the ticket.

My 2 servers is rebooted and back online after 10 minutes time.

All staff have done their jobs quiet well, at least they can route me to the right way, just sounds like there are still problem with the Dallas DC support system. This should be management problem. Just hope they can improve from here.

Fro my side, I just hope that my server not down for this improvement period :P

Just share my experience with all of you here.

we set up a dallas cue to help this out.

We also have a senior admin and cisco network engineer we hired from perot systems starting on monday there to help with the growth and support.

I think you will be fine.

It me again, I have wait for few days for this 2 ticket to be solve (new server), with 2 phone call to ticket AVA-533775, support told me to be done soon, but until now the ticket still open.

Thanks for your quick response and sorry for this.

I understand this is not support forum, but I really have no way to get help, after 2 phone calls, problem still there. I initially plan to terminate my other server with other hosting provider and move to ND, but because of the delay I need to pay additional monthly fees to them, before migration complete.

By the way, can you please advice how to get to you? I doesn't have your email/contact.
