Good Day all,
Hopefully my subject wasn't too confusing.
We will start with a little bit of background. I am 20 years old, a college student, in a major campustown. We have about 30 or so property managing companies on campus, and 10 or so MAJOR ones out of the 30. ZERO of these companies have online payment software and it is super annoying!
Idea... College kids fix it! We've assembled a small team of marketing, management, graphic designers, etc., to create a third party website which processes payments for these rental managing companies.
Problem... Most software I have found for property managers simply are added TO the companies website and they handle it directly. I need to find something that will be OUR website will handle. Haven't found that..
Requirements... The software should:
- Allow cost saving eletronic check transfers
- OPTION to do automated debit withdrawl
- Third party script
- Here's the kicker... It has to be able to allow hundreds of tenents to pay through us to dozens of different companies that register to use us *without* having to register each tenant of theirs.
Any and all assistance appreciated. I will take affiliate links of processing systems or personal software suggestions through PM since they can not be posted here, though general and kind information sharing is always appreciated too!
