I have dealt with New host before to know to stay away from them at start up and maybe the will survive long enough to become a good provider of hosting.

From my lack of judgment i still went with corehoster thinking the have a wonderful design website, and the are part of WHT community and active.

I sign up for their Alpha Reseller account thinking I can setup a blog, and offer free/paid verified accounts but it seems that I can't even upload iHost v3 which the provide free. The host is up and down since last night. Their help desk been down since morning which i been checking every hour or so.

I hate bashing on newer companies, but this one is not making me feel like I want to stay with them, nor did the even contacted me regarding whats going on. I posted on one of their sale thread and it was immediately removed.

Please I beg Corehost to either return my money... or contact me on whats going on so i can schedule my time accordingly.

My site is not top priority as its still in development stage, but if it was production i would have been more angry.

I hope you get some resolution about your problem.

To be honest, anyone who offers master resellers usually go wrong but when its ALPHA MASTER it takes the biscuit.

Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention. I am sorry for any issues you are having or may have had while using our services.

Now if i remember correctly we spoke over msn? if not my mistake.

I would just like to clear something up.

1. Our helpdesk was not down and still is not down.
2. We have 24/7n support staff so you were and still are free to contact us.
3. There has not been any downtime, so i think your ip may have been blocked by the firewall. If you can please email us your ip address, that would be great

4. Your post was removed from our thread as you broke WHT rules, if you feel that there is downtime you need to post in the outages section.

5. Your site is indeed priority, if not to you, it is to us.

If you can simply contact us with full details at support at corehoster.com that would be great.

We never spoke on msn, I made my mind up to go with a VPS to suit my needs. So i rather a refund and let me get moving to what I need to focus on.

Thank you Nick, I cancel my account, but their support is A+ after my IP was unblocked.

I do have to thank them in offering me a credit and two free ip's.

That's pretty cool that they worked with you even though you canceled your account.
