Oh come on.... what's wrong about it? Besides, I am pretty sure he won't try to get US customers here (why would a US customer wants to get Malaysian hosts?). He must be thinking of getting a Malaysian customers here :D

Anyway, this is his advertising forum... let's not put him down for no obvious reason.

Agreed, and although we don't have specific rules about this, we will soon. I'd like to see this forum become 100% positive advertsing for the members who post here. That's what it is for, and we'll be trying to help this long ASAP.

Well I apologize for making that remark, and yes, I understand that I can't judge a book by it's cover. But I haven't had much luck with Asian companies....I still beleive that I should be able to make a general remark about hosting in a reply.

I don't beleive that people should be able to "put down" a particular company, but we should be able to make general remarks.


My post was "i wouldn't trust a malaysian company for anything", I was not remarking against jonn and trying to put down his business, I was simply making a general statement and opinion.

I wish the best of luck to jonn and his business and I hope that the rules on this board get so strict that we are not able to post even general remarks.


I think the remark I made would be the same thing as saying "Who in their right mind would pay $1/month per MB,", or "...pay $10/month per GB" in a reply to an advertisement...

Instead of saying:

"i wouldn't trust a malaysian company for anything"

I would understand it better if you said:

"i wouldn't trust a malaysian company for anything BECAUSE _____"

...it shall be done!

cc security has been a big concern for everyone ... but i have been using cc to pay my local isp and every works fine ... however if compare to USA, it is definitely more secure to use cc on USA based sites :)

by the way, jonn may i know how much(RM) per GB do you charge for colocated? and do you build and install all the software or i have to send you a fully installed server? and as i am a total newbie, what kind of support do you provide? i really hope that i can find a really cheap and reliable local company :)
