Hello,

Can anyone tell me exact meaning of Plesk User?

Suppose I purchase a Plesk 5.0 with 30 User licence.

Does 30 Users count as
1. Reseller users or
2. Total 30 domains only.

Thanks.

Plesk is based on per-domain (or unlimited) licenses.

Wow...the new Plesk site hits you when you're used to the old, softer approach...

Note that per domain also includes subdomains.

PLESK treats my.domain.com as a domain in addition to www.domain.com

You can get PLESK with a single domain (free) license or in clumps of 30/300/unlimited domains.

There is a way to create subdomains without Plesk counting them :)

You can by editing httpd.include yourself (note plesk overwrites httpd.include regularly). Either that or setup wildcard DNS and use truevirtual

You can also do that on a per site basis, using vhost.conf, instead of messing with ever changing httpd.include.
