My subdomain has been down for the past 3 weeks or so. I emailed my webhost and he told me the fault is due to a bug in cpanel 5.0 and they are waiting for cpanel to come out with a patch. I have been waiting for the past 3 weeks and nothing has been done !
Any other webhost facing the same problem ? The domain name is working fine until my webhost upgraded from 4.9 to 5.0.
Can anyone advise me?? or any cpanel admin here who can explain to me ?

Nope.. Haven't had any problems here.. What is the subdomain/domain you are having problems with??

I cannot create any subdomain via my cpanel. i really don't know how long this gonna drag on......

Actually, thats incorrect, your /etc/resolv.conf or /etc/named.conf probably isn't setup correctly. support@cpanel.net will be able to help you with this.
