I plan to go in for Unix/Linux hosting with the following feature set:

Min. 10MB Space
Min. 2GB/Month Bandwidth
FTP
PHP
MySQL
Min. 2 Sub-domains
Min. 1 POP3 Account
Online Stats
Minimum Downtime & Reliable
E-Mail and/or Forum Support
Max. 40$/year (including setup, if any)

I already found the following hosts matching my requirements:

* http://www.digitalspace.net
* http://www.hostyard.com
* http://www.worldzonepro.net
* http://www.34sp.com

Any reviews on the above hosts (except for worldzonepro)? Please let me know if you know of any other matching hosts.

Thanks!

I'm not familiar with any of those, other than WorldZone. Worldzone is a good choice for that, definitely. They have a good reputation and are used by many happy clients. Their support forums offer a lot of friendly people looking to help out fellow members with their questions as well. Sort of like it's own WHT board.
