A PHP script or any script that makes a user of my website uploads a file through the browser then send it to my email? I've been searching through the web, and still haven't found what i'm looking for.

Have you taken a look at HotScripts.com (http://www.hotscripts.com/), they should have what you want. If they don't, just find a similar script that then get a PHP programmer to make some changes, it'll only take a few line changes to get the file emailed to you... probably cost about $30 or less to modify.
