ChickenSteak 10-26-2002, 04:13 AM On avg how many hours of sleep a day do you get?:D

Current time: 4:10 AM EST.
Current wackup time set: 7 AM EST.
AVG SLEEP: 3 HOURS
So how am I comparing to the others? :D :)

So, about 7 hours.
I do need to change my hours though - those waking hours aren't necessarily ideal :)

hostjet 10-26-2002, 05:00 AM go to sleep around midnight, wake up around 6am, so i get around 6 hours sleep, a lot more on weekends though!

Broke the clutch cable on my Harley so i gotta fix it in the morning before a conference call to Canada around 10am.

I think this sums me up as well! I wish we had 40 hour days so that I could get some more sleep!

If I had to guess, this is what I'd answer..... ;) I've "forgotten" to sleep 3 or 4 days the past 2 weeks.

Usual Bedtime: ~6am

....so 10 hours I guess. Thats a lot more than what I thought. I really need to get that fixed.
I've got classes on the weekends, so I get less then. :rolleyes: Got class in 4 hours and still haven't gone to bed, and we didn't change time last night! :bawling:

ChickenSteak 10-26-2002, 01:34 PM *yawns* I got a little bit more sleep then expected of just now waking up. It seem's as if I'm not the only one with WHT addiction ;), and alot of work to do to keep you up tell 4-6am.

Weekdays: 4-6 hours (go to bed about 11:30 fall asleep about 2, wake up at 6:00)
Weekends: 10-12 hours (no schedule whatsoever)

LOL, that was to good to pass up. I suppose we all need a bit of the old wack-a-roo every now and then ( especially those of us that are married or single ).
Back on topic, I normally work 16 - 20 hours per day, then there is cooking, spending time with the wife and cat, showering, a bit of sleep. I honestly can't even guess-timate how much sleep I get. I've stoped keeping track. Time means nothing to me anymore.. I hardly know what month it is, even my age escapes me, and every bloody day is monday.
