While searching for Mod_throttle or Mod_bandwidth I came across http://www.snert.com/Software/mod_throttle/index.shtml
which seems to be a new version of mod_throttle. Previously all I found was version 2. If anyone has any experience with this as a bandwidth capping utility for virtual hosts please tell your experiences as I am interested in useing it.

Well I went and installed this. So far so good. Will need more testing with it, but I like what I see.

It seems more people prefer mod_throttle over mod_bandwidth, from my experience. Mod_throttle has seemed to performed well thus far for people using it. The one's I've installed for people, were the newest version and they seem happy with the results. Also, you might want to check into mod_gzip as well, if you want to save bandwidth, not just limit it -- so everyone gets more, more freedom and the same costs.

Do you have a sample config you used for mod_throttle by any chance? Ive been messing with it, but cant seem to get it to work 100%.
