I'm not a huge fan of frames but if you must use them maybe you mgiht want to make the top frame smaller. I think that owuld make it look a lot better. Overall I like.

I agree with Woody, that top frame needs to be smaller!

I like it much better then the old one. The graphics are a lot better.
