Anyone know the correct format of inputing a PTR through the control panel in CPANEL? I have tried all formats and have not been sucessfull.

Sprint has already changed our reverse lookup to us, but just need to get this straight so that it can be done. Thanks in advance.

You need to do it through WHM not CPanel.

Either way, then through WHM....

I know how to do it manually, but got a customer wanting to know how to do it through the WHM....
