Their email starts with:
This message is sent to all ISP/WPP providers.
so don't be suprised if you get it too. By the time I got to spamcop there had been 6 reports of them already. Oddly enough they are in direct violation of their *own* anti-spam policy, and reading through it, they managed to break every rule they set :)
I reloaded their page only to see my name mentioned under a 'testimonial' about their services. Needless to say I'd never heard of these guys much less used them...

I'd say there is no doubt about it, jugding from the fact that They copied the old virtualis (http://www.virtualis.com) site word for word.

There is nothing at all odd about it. You've forgotten Rule #1, Spammers lie.
Lots of spammers that have web sites have policies against spamming and have no intention of abiding by those terms. Even large companies like AT&T have had "pink contracts" with spammers that are in violation of their stated policies.
Spammers are scum, slugs, parasites of the Internet. They cannot be trusted. Remember Rule #2, If in doubt, refer to Rule #1.

That's an insult to swine everywhere. At least they serve a useful purpose.
What do you call sky diving spammers?

You demean a noble species by this unfair comparison.
I think they may, however, be Republicans.

Hiya Chicken... and thank you for your kind welcome.
I have been back to school for a refresher course in the prevention and management of foot fungus in fowl, of course; something one must do each year if one is to remain properly current.
