I've seen all the post here about HostRocket (positive and negative) but still I don't know if they are good, I had the Economy package in mind. Is their helpdesk good?
If they aren't so good can you suggest other hosts?
Thank you.

If you're looking for good support, go to cosmotek.net, they have very fast response time.
hosting starts at 11$

I think jasondell said in another post that he was a reseller for cosmotek.net, and since he's not advertising his own services I believe he's within the rules (but I'm not a lawyer, of course :) ).

I think there are plenty of reviews about hostrocket, over at hostsearch.com
Here is a long list of various hosts

You might want to post what features you are looking for in a host, and also if you enable your email function here on the board its a good chance some hosts may email you about their services.

Well what I need is the following:
Linux
No setup or "hidden" fees
no more than 100$/year
50+ MB disk space
4+ GB of data transfer
own CGI-BIN
Perl 5.x
MySQL
10 POP3
2+ FTP accounts
Autoresponders
5+ email aliases with "catch-all" forwarding
10+ Subdomains
Sendmail
support for SSI
Online conrol pannel
Daily online statistics
Cheap domain registration
No fees for transfer of domains
File backup
Pay with money order
Very good suppport, E-mail support is fine (or online forum), but response time should be less than a day
It would be nice if I could host two domains in the same package.
Thanks
