Try eBay, but ask if they will ship to Singapore before you bid, they proball will as long as you pay the extra ammount. In sg, P3's OEM 1U servers are retailing ard SG$1400+, and p4's in the range of SG$1800+. Pretty expensive to me. So i'm thinking of some budget server from US, pay another hundred over bucks to get it shipped over. How's that sound?
