hello, i'm looking for a good nt hosting, with good email support, control panel, asp, access o sql, ssl, and some asp components, i've found this companies, it seem they have a good price for they offer, what do you think about this companies? if you know them or know other better please let me know,

- http://www.setupsite.com, they offer enough things for 20$, and SQL for 25$
- http://www.cosmotek.net, they prices are good,
- http://www.crystaltech.com they seem good too, but when i try a ping to them it takes 600 (56Kbs connection in Spain), i like its control panel and they provide many asp comp. too

i'm considerating setupsite...

I'm a reseller with cosmotek.net, since they acquired the old hosting company, they've only done one thing, and that's making everything better.

The support is now really good, response time is very fast, it use to be days with the old company.
Plans are cheap and good, they're price didn't go up and won't (i asked).

We used to resell for crystaltech.com and they offer very reliable hosting. I don't recall our websites ever being down for anything. Email support is okay but nothing to brag about and yes they offer great feafures.

We also used to resell for WebExpose.net NOW Cosmotek.net and I don't know if they changed (maybe they did) servers but our sites would go down at least once a day. I know this because I had one customer who would always email us every night saying his site was down.

I would go with crystaltech.com if I were you, let us know which host you went with and what were your experiences as we will want to hear about them,

had a partner with crystaltech.com and he always told me the problems he had from server problems to no support, not exactly sure what the problems , but i just remember him always complaining.

I have used setupsite for 18 months now for our NT hosting. From time to time, servers will go down but nothing too serious. The great thing is that you can reach a tech by phone between 9AM-9PM. If there is a catastrophy, it's Usually fixed in 10 Min. Most of the minor problems we have seen are NT related though.....

Another good thing about this company is that they will allow installation of custom components, as long as they are acceptable to them (ie. reasonably well documented). Finally, they run a lot of servers. The bonus here is that I only have 1 or 2 clients on any given server. Thus if the server goes down, I only have 1 or 2 e-mails to deal with. For a small company, this is a big plus, especially with NT, which is kind of unstable at times....

Overall I would give them an 8/10.

I had a dedicated server there for about a year and they helped me out lots of times - fast restore of databases when needed etc.
