you cant buy bill admin.. it has to be run of matt's server.. you can contact him on icq.. his # is in his info

Just post here matt reads all the time. send a message to support@site5.com with subject line "for matt L" I'd give you matt's email address but that would not be nice on my part.

I went to the billadmin.com site and it says no new signups are being accepted at this time.
